In business since before 1986. 80% repeat clientele. 180 seats across two dining rooms and a veranda/patio. A full-service bar with an alcohol license. $1.3M in revenue. And $171,000 in leasehold improvements have already been completed.

Launched in 2009, expanded into franchising in 2018, and is operating across college, commuter, and community trade areas throughout the Southeast. A national franchise sales organization was recently brought on to accelerate unit growth before this deal closed.
