This pic was taken on Saturday. For the first time in my life, I worked out on a Saturday. Who knows me knows I would never worked out on a Saturday. Also, I walked 2miles on Sunday. Whoop-whoop! Yes, I did it and it helped with my weight loss. I am so proud of myself for having worked out on a Saturday and walked on Sunday.

Today, 6/8/2026, I finally made it to my lowest weight in years, 143lbs; 4lbs away from my weight goal of 139lbs. I am so close and so excited.
Also, today makes a week of having had a conversation with my personal trainer about starting to train for a body building competition. I let her know I want to give myself some time and start training for next year. I don’t want to rush it. I have no idea in which division I’ll be competing in or anything to be straight with you but, Body Building here I come! Let’s gooooooooo!

Why do we always grill late at night (10:28pm)? Delicious grilling; prime rib, garlic shrimp, and roasted potatoes.
