We brought the energy of a Florida summer to this corporate party with an unforgettable offsite experience at Mango’s Tropical Cafe! This vibrant venue buyout transformed a night out into a full-scale celebration filled with tropical flair, immersive entertainment, and the unmistakable spirit of Orlando. From lively music and colorful cocktails to the high-energy atmosphere that made guests feel like they stepped into a true island escape, Mango’s provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable client experience. 🌴🪩💃🥘

Summer vibes are in full swing! Here are a few trends our team has seen lately in event design and F&B experience 😎☀️🌴

Our team loves the opportunity to work in Amelia Island, and this client wanted us to embrace the coastal feel of the with beachy accents, greens and blues, custom welcome signage and a little tropical flair. Our hand-painted seaglass and sand dollars were done live by local artists and we even sourced the surrounding foliage and plants through sustainable local partners!

The e2 team is so excited to welcome Christina Geraghty to our team as our new General Manager and Director of Operations!

Christina brings over a decade of experience in group travel, program logistics, transportation, and large-scale event operations to her role at e2, which she stepped into in October.

A Brooklyn native who has called Orlando home for the past 20 years, Christina briefly lived in Los Angeles before returning with a fresh appreciation for the city she now proudly calls home. She has built her career around one simple belief: the details matter and so do the people.

It was probably inevitable she’d end up in this industry. Christina has always been the person who turns a small gathering into a full-scale production and eventually realized that wasn’t just a tendency—it was a calling. She’s passionate about bringing ideas to life, whether that’s creating a seamless travel experience or executing an unforgettable event.

Outside of work, Christina is often happiest spending time with her family, which usually means she is fully committed to whatever ambitious (and slightly chaotic) baking or craft project her daughters have roped her and her husband into that week. She enjoys exploring new places, often on a mission to find her next favorite coffee spot, getting lost in a good book, or heading out to a great show. If you hear laughter nearby, there’s a good chance it’s hers…it’s her default setting.

From the earthy-toned tablescapes with moss centerpieces inspired by this hospital’s brand palette, to healthy food trucks, a build-your-own succulent station, balloon artists, face painters, photo booths, and a mobile DJ experience featuring two incredible DJs — this grand opening celebration was designed to feel welcoming, vibrant, and deeply connected to the community it serves! One of our DJs spoke exclusively Spanish, allowing us to better engage with and celebrate the neighborhood’s primarily Spanish-speaking community throughout the event. Transforming an outdoor space into a lively experience for families, staff, and guests was such a rewarding way to celebrate the opening of this new ER and the beginning of its wellness impact on the community 🏥🌳❤️‍🩹

After 10 hours of teamwork and countless moving pieces, our After Glow Disco party came to life—and it was worth every second. It truly takes a village to turn a vision into an immersive experience, and seeing the lights, the energy, and the dance floor come alive was absolutely magical. From glowing LEDs to pulsating beats, every detail made the night vibrant, unforgettable, and a reminder that great events aren’t built alone—they’re built together 👏

‘Moonlight on the Creek’… just a little closer to the ballroom! Florida doesn’t always get cold… but when it does, we come prepared. We brought the outdoors in with greenery, slat wood, amber lighting and boho-inspired cabanas at the entryway. Chill acoustic vibes, string lighting and photobooth opportunities kept the mood warm and welcoming, while our large Aquastar orbs—originally planned to float on the lake—made a grand indoor debut, spotlighting one of our sponsors. Who says a little pivot can’t still feel magical? ✨🌳🌕

The energy of this awards gala started at the stage and radiated through the entire room. Taking inspiration from the vibrant screen design, we translated those bold colors directly onto the tables with alternating napkins that created a rhythmic pop across the space. Sparkling sequin linens caught the light from every angle, adding movement and glamour throughout the ballroom, while our centerpieces were designed to feel like they were exploding with color and motion — a celebration of achievement brought to life through dynamic textures, shimmer, and playful design moments.
