Our leadership team had a great week of planning in Halifax. Excited for what’s ahead for LeaderImpact!
At the Canada LeaderImpact Summit in Halifax!
We are honoring the life and legacy of our dear friend and leader, Sean Mooney.
Sean embodied an integrated life - deeply rooted in his faith in Christ, wholeheartedly devoted to his family, and tirelessly investing in the lives of other leaders.
He didn’t just talk about impact. He lived it. And the fruit of his life will continue in the lives of the leaders around the world that he shaped, encouraged, and strengthened.
Sean leaves behind a legacy of positive impact that echoes into eternity. We are better because we knew him.
If you’ve been wanting to grow as a leader, join us August 6–8 for the Global Leadership Summit + LeaderImpact Kickoff. Come learn, connect with others, and walk away with something you can actually use in your everyday leadership. Sign up through the link in our bio.
Quick question:
What’s the most courageous thing you’ve ever done?
When that question was asked around a table of leaders, most of the answers weren’t about work.
They were about home.Difficult conversations.Things that needed to be said but were avoided for years.
That’s the part of courage we don’t talk about as much.
Not the big public momentsBut the quiet, personal ones
The conversations you’re not sure how will goThe questions you’re hesitant to askThe places where things feel uncertain
Courage often shows up there
Not in having all the answersBut in being willing to step into the conversation anyway
Maybe for you right now, courage isn’t doing more
Maybe it’s asking a question you’ve been avoiding

Something meaningful is happening in Egypt right now.
Over the past season, 110 leaders from six different cities came together for city team training.
Different stories. Different roles. Different experiences.
But a shared desire to lead with more purpose and intention.
What stands out isn’t just the number.
It’s the willingness to show up, grow, and lead differently.
And this isn’t just happening in one place.
It’s part of a bigger story unfolding around the world.

Easter reminds us that hope didn’t just survive. It won.
What looked like the end became a new beginning.
It’s a simple but powerful reminder that no situation is beyond redemption, and no story is finished yet.
As leaders, we have the opportunity to live and lead with that kind of hope, bringing light, courage, and new life into the places we’ve been entrusted with.
Happy Easter. He is Risen!

Good Friday is not the end of the story.
It’s a day that holds both weight and hope. A reminder that even in moments that feel heavy or uncertain, something deeper is unfolding.
As leaders, we don’t always have all the answers. But we can choose to show up with hope, to lead with care, and to trust that what we’re building matters.
What if opportunity isn’t missing… you’re just not looking for it yet?
This month, breaks down how to recognize it—and have the courage to act on it.
