2 weeks into working with my personal trainer (heyyyy Luke Briggs at Total Life Fitness👋) while on tour, and I need to report something rather alarming…
I think I have been under-fueling myself for like the past 4-5 years by operating off of coffee, adrenaline, and straight VIBES.
Turns out when you actually eat enough protein and calories, your body does things like rest properly and tell you when you’re hungry.
I’m currently dreaming in HD for the first time in years and honestly feeling a little betrayed by my past self lmao
Anyway, we’re only 2 weeks in so once I reach maximum energy level, IT’S OVER FOR ALL YOU BITCHEZZZZZZ 😤

The most heartfelt thank you to EVERYONE who made it out to a show here in FL. It was so wonderful recognizing friends all over my home state (and making new ones!!!), and I can’t ever overstate how grateful I am for YOU.

So, if you’ve followed me for a while, you know my schedule is kind of ridiculous.
I’m constantly bouncing between touring, rehearsing, coffee, and like a thousand other things. For a veryyyy long time, I’ve struggled to find a health and fitness routine that actually works with my life on the road.
So I’m super excited to say that I now have a personal trainer and nutrition coach with Luke Briggs at Total Life Fitness 🤙
This gym GETS being on the road… they check in with me virtually and adapt my workouts to suit hotel gyms/equipment I keep in the van/body weight when all I have access to is myself.
They’re even helping me with food on the road. Like, they’ll look into restaurant menus that are in proximity to my venues and hotels on tour to help keep me on track. (WHAAAAAT???)
I’ll be posting progress updates, so stay tuned if you wanna watch me get ripped 💪
