Summer at Your Library is for everyone! ⛱️☀️

OCLS cardholders ages 18 and older can also participate in our Summer at Your Library for Adults program by using paper trackers to track books they've read, work on brain teasers, and participate in events! Then, turn in your tracker starting July 1st for a chance to win a prize!

Adults can also get connected with our in-person and virtual events and classes or start your adventure with our online databases and learn a new language, enhance career skills, discover new books and more!

Sharpen your photoshop skills, join a D&D campaign, learn to drive & more! The library offers a wide variety of classes and programs for teens, and the best part? They're all ✨ free! ✨

Summer break is also the perfect time to catch up on your community service hours, and we've got some fun opportunities for you! 🤩

Middle and high school students can earn hours by assembling craft kits and supplies for library programs, creating literary magazines, or attending virtual advisory board meetings.

GRAMMY-winning artist Fyütch hosts a special Juneteenth-inspired concert celebrating community, Black history and culture through a blend of hip-hop, soul, R&B and pop! Recommended for ages 6-12.

☀️Wed, June 17, 12:30 p.m. – Waterleigh Adult Book Club
Join this monthly book club as we discuss our monthly book choice! This month, we're discussing "The Correspondent: A Novel" by Virginia Evans. Recommended for ages 18 and up.

Enjoy Mark Alan and his travel buddy Bixby's FUN interactive comedy magic show that you won't forget. Who knows, you may even get to be part of the show! Recommended for ages 6-12.

Summer Spotlight: Atlantic Coast Theatre! 🎶

Get ready for a time of laughs and great fun with Atlantic Coast Theatre! They will be performing two shows this summer, The Tortoise and Hare: The Musical and The Jumping Frog of Calaveras County.

Aesop’s fable is given a fun, updated twist in this marvelous musical performance. Bunni Hare wins every race, so how will Thomas Tortoise be able to compete?

Join our friends at WUCF this summer for On My Way to K events throughout Central Florida and be more confident and prepared for kindergarten. Discover how everyday moments are already developing the skills kids need. Learn a few simple ways to build on what you’re already doing and see how these skills connect to your favorite PBS KIDS shows. WUCF is an important part of Central Florida’s cultural and educational community, and we’re proud to partner with them for this program.
