A Colombian craft brewery just opened its first U.S. location at Oviedo Mall.

Bruder Latin Restaurant & Brewery is now open at 1280 Oviedo Mall Blvd. 14+ international awards, 10 locations in Colombia, and a $1M+ build-out in the former Oviedo Brewing space.

The Historic Metcalf Building's elevator modernization is underway with our property management team running point on every step of it.

Downtown Orlando has already seen the crane delivering the upgraded equipment, but now the real work begins. At 11 weeks per elevator, during this 22-week project Christina, Haylee, and Stella are keeping everything coordinated and tenants in the loop of the full-building effects. This kind of behind-the-scenes effort doesn't always get the spotlight, but makes a real impact for everyone in the building.
