Worthy.
My father left when I was 11 years old and I always had wonder the “why”, and whether his missing was related to my worth. Was I crazy to think that no one could ever love or see me as valuable? Knowing my worth has been my constant battle throughout the years, but the one thing that I relied on was God, who showed me to not be dependent on people but on Him alone. I’m now bearing the fruit of knowing my worth through my three beautiful kids, who tell me that I’m the best mommy in this world, and my wonderful husband who holds my hand so tightly that it’s just enough to understand that I am so worth loving.

The year where music was poppin’, I used to loved to take my brothers CD’s and hide them so I could listen to all the hip hop I wanted. The R&B back then made me a serious hopeless romantic. I can remember when Nintendo 64 was released alongside with Super Mario 64 and everyone was all over that or the time Space jam came out and R Kelly’s song “I believe I can fly”, was one of the greatest hits. 1996 you have been good to me. I want to personally invite you to a place where I lived and had some amazing times in watching movies, playing Nintendo, listening to music. Come join me this Friday from 7-11pm at the loud gallery so I can share what that era was like for me. I’m dreaming it real that night.”
