Over the last two days, 25 emerging leaders gathered in Nashville for the first in-person gathering of our sold-out Emerging Leaders Learning Community. 🙌
They spent time learning from experienced Multipliers, having honest conversations, building relationships, and exploring what it looks like to move from addition thinking to multiplication thinking in their lives and ministries.
We’re excited to see how God continues to shape these leaders as they become healthy disciple-making leaders who champion reproduction.

In the newest episode of Urban Missions 101: Why America’s Cities Need Missionaries Too, Dhati Lewis sits down with Daniel Yang to explore contextualization, and why understanding the people, cultures, and communities around us matters for Gospel ministry in today’s cities.
Together, they unpack how cities are shaping the mission field and what it looks like to faithfully bring the Gospel into diverse contexts.
This conversation is part of a collaboration between Exponential NEXT and MyBLVD, working together to equip and encourage leaders serving on mission in cities across the country.

At 19 years old, he was a camp counselor when someone saw something in him, invested in him, and gave him an opportunity to lead.
Years later, he would step into that same leader’s role.
And eventually, he got to experience the other side of the story, pouring into another young leader who would one day step into his role.
Someone invested in him. He invested in someone else. And the cycle of multiplication continued.
Sometimes you don’t realize the impact of someone’s investment until years later, when you find yourself doing the same for someone else.
