Life is full of ups and downs...

Of course, when all is well it can be easy to name off a list of things we are thankful for.

But when times are tough, finding something - anything - to be thankful for can be much harder.

While we hope this Thanksgiving Day greeting reaches all of you in the midst of your highest-high moment, we know that for many of you, that just isn't the case right now.

Life is hard.

But whether or not the saying "every cloud has a silver lining" is true, we can often find something to be thankful for despite our circumstances.

No matter if you are on a mountaintop right now or down in a long dark valley today, let's all find something or someone we are thankful for this Thanksgiving.

If it's another person, let them know that you are thankful for them. It could just be your words that pull them up out of their own funk.
