Fibronostics is a global diagnostics company, shaping the future of noninvasive diagnostics with artificial intelligence.

We run an in-vitro diagnostics platform that focuses on screening, progression and prognosis of metabolic diseases. Fibronostics' LIVERFASt provides early detection and monitoring for patients with NAFLD & NASH. Where the current standard for diagnosis is risky and costly with mounting evidence calling for an efficacious and cost-effective non-invasive diagnostic tool, the LIVERFASt products are easy to use with economical advantages, and have proven clinical value.

Identifying fibrosis is important.

Knowing what to do next is equally important.

LIVERFASt™ was designed to support clinical pathways by helping identify patients who may benefit from specialist referral, additional assessment, closer monitoring, or treatment consideration.

By providing clearer stratification and biopsy-aligned staging, LIVERFASt™ helps transform liver assessment into actionable information.

Because the value of a test is not only in the result it generates, but in the decisions it helps support.
✔️ Better information.
✔️ Better pathways.
✔️ Better patient management.

Advancing liver care starts with meaningful clinical conversations.

Recently, Fibronostics hosted a LIVERFASt™ Dinner & Learn in Coral Gables, Florida, bringing together healthcare professionals from gastroenterology, infectious disease, care coordination, laboratory management, and clinical practice leadership.

Led by Dr. Mona Munteanu, Chief Scientific Officer of Fibronostics and lead scientist behind LIVERFASt™, the session focused on the evolving landscape of metabolic liver disease and the growing need for accessible, non-invasive approaches to liver disease assessment.

The evening provided an opportunity to discuss real-world clinical challenges, explore current evidence, and exchange perspectives on how innovative testing solutions can support earlier identification and management of patients with MASLD and MASH.

Maria Torbica, our Fibronostics representative in Florida, whose efforts in bringing together healthcare providers from across the region, helped make the event a success and foster meaningful clinical dialogue within the local medical community.

We are grateful to everyone who joined us and contributed to the discussion. Thank you to Dr. Mona for sharing her expertise and helping advance awareness of metabolic liver disease among healthcare professionals.

At Fibronostics, we remain committed to supporting clinicians through science, education, and evidence-based innovation.

Following ADA 2026, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who visited the Fibronostics booth, attended our poster presentations, and took the time to connect with our team in New Orleans.

We are especially thankful for the opportunity ADA 2026 provided to engage in meaningful discussions about the growing intersection between metabolic disease and liver disease, as well as the ongoing need for effective approaches to identifying and monitoring patients with MASLD and MASH.

During the meeting, Fibronostics presented two posters highlighting:
• LIVERFASt™ performance in identifying advanced fibrosis (≥F3) in patients with MASLD, including patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D)
• The dynamics of LIVERFASt™, FIB-4, and VCTE (FibroScan) during monitoring of patients receiving Resmetirom therapy for MASH

We are grateful for the many insightful conversations with clinicians, researchers, collaborators, and industry partners who shared our interest in advancing noninvasive liver assessment and treatment monitoring.

A special thank you to Dr. Mona Munteanu, Chief Scientific Officer at Fibronostics and presenter of both ADA posters, for sharing the science behind these important findings.

The enthusiasm and engagement we experienced at ADA reinforce the importance of continued innovation in fibrosis assessment and monitoring as the management of MASLD and MASH continues to evolve.

Thank you for being part of the conversation. We look forward to continuing these discussions in the months ahead.

Clinical confidence begins with clinical evidence.

Published studies have demonstrated that LIVERFASt™ outperforms FIB-4 in identifying advanced fibrosis in patients with MASLD, including patients with type 2 diabetes.

Importantly, the advantage of LIVERFASt™ becomes increasingly meaningful at earlier fibrosis stages, where identifying patients sooner can help support earlier intervention and more informed management decisions.

Strong performance metrics are important.

But what ultimately matters is helping clinicians identify the right patients at the right time.

Because evidence is only valuable when it improves patient care.

Today at ADA 2026, Fibronostics is presenting updated data exploring how noninvasive liver tests evolve during treatment in patients with MASH receiving Resmetirom therapy.

Our poster, "Dynamics of Noninvasive Tests, LIVERFASt™, FIB-4 and VCTE (FibroScan) During Monitoring Therapy with THR-β Agonist Resmetirom (RT) in Patients with MASH: Update," examines the behavior of commonly used noninvasive assessments during therapy and highlights the potential role of quantitative biomarkers in supporting treatment monitoring.

As disease-modifying therapies become increasingly available, understanding how noninvasive tests respond during treatment is becoming an important component of patient management. Monitoring is no longer simply about detecting disease—it is about helping clinicians better understand treatment response over time.

Thank you to everyone who has visited Booth 2306 and engaged with the Fibronostics team throughout ADA 2026. Representing Fibronostics at the meeting are Brock Smith, Chief Executive Officer, David Cashio, Director of Business Operations, Savannah Thomas, Director of Customer Operations, and Dr. Mona Munteanu, Chief Scientific Officer, author, and presenter of the Fibronostics poster presentations.

We look forward to continuing the conversation on the future of noninvasive assessment and monitoring in MASLD and MASH.

Today at ADA 2026, Fibronostics is presenting new clinical evidence on the identification of advanced fibrosis in patients with MASLD, including those with type 2 diabetes (T2D).

Our poster presentation highlights findings demonstrating how LIVERFASt™ outperformed FIB-4 in identifying ≥F3 fibrosis and how its use in a sequential pathway with VCTE may support clearer assessment and referral decisions in high-risk patient populations.

The growing overlap between metabolic disease and liver disease continues to reinforce the need for scalable, evidence-based approaches that help identify patients at risk earlier and more effectively.

Thank you to everyone who has connected with the Fibronostics team throughout the meeting. Representing Fibronostics at ADA 2026 are Brock Smith, David Cashio, Savannah Thomas, and Dr. Mona Munteanu, Chief Scientific Officer, author, and presenter of the Fibronostics posters.

Many patients with advanced fibrosis remain undetected despite having well-recognized metabolic risk factors.

One of the challenges with commonly used assessment tools such as FIB-4 is that they may miss a proportion of at-risk patients, particularly at earlier fibrosis stages when intervention opportunities are greatest.

Published studies have demonstrated that LIVERFASt™ delivers higher sensitivity and higher negative predictive value (NPV) than FIB-4, helping identify more patients who may require further assessment or follow-up.

Earlier identification can lead to earlier intervention, more informed clinical decisions, and potentially better patient outcomes.

Because the patients you don't identify are the patients you can't help.
