This week we would like to introduce you to our Learning and Development Manager, Karman Eckelbarger. When asked what got her into staffing, she would respond, “This job got me into staffing, I am really passionate about being part of a community where we can improve someone’s lifestyle. Jobs can change lives and I think being proud of the work you do is fundamental for fulfillment.”

When Karman is not at work she enjoys hanging out with her friends and new puppy. We are excited to see all that Karman has instore for the future of Longship.

The best advice that Vee would give to her younger self would be, “Just go for it, you won’t know how great something could be if you don’t give it a chance”. This is the same mindset she had going into the staffing industry almost 9 years ago, which she now sees as one of her best decisions. When Vee is not taking the staffing world by storm, she is a cheer coach for a local nonprofit. We are so lucky to have Vee as part of our Longship Team.

We are pleased to introduce Alicia Johnson as this week’s . She has recently accepted a position as our Manager of Support Services. When asked about her new role she says: “I’m excited to help our company grow and promote positive change”.

In her free time, Alicia enjoys traveling and spending time with friends. We are so grateful for all of Alicia’s hard-work and dedication and can’t wait expand our departments and resources with her help.
