Several projects are kicking off simultaneously! Our Laureate Park home in Lake Nona will incorporate various innovative features - but for a builder, none are as exciting as the initial concrete pour. The stem wall footer was poured today, and we are already ahead of schedule!

We're thrilled to have broken ground on our inaugural Laureate Park project in Lake Nona, Florida, marking the beginning of an exciting journey. This opportunity fills us with gratitude and inspires us to craft a truly exceptional home, complete with a stunning 4th-floor terrace overlooking one of the picturesque lakes in LP.
