K.A.V.A. Talks meetings held weekly, each Thursday evening, online and is a space for men to gather to discuss their feelings and experiences in a supportive environment of their peers with a focus on finding non-violent solutions. We facilitate Tongan and English speaking breakout rooms. All men regardless of age or location are invited to participate in K.A.V.A. Talks.
K.A.V.A. Talks takes an in depth look at violence and how it manifests itself in our lives and in the world around us. K.A.V.A. stands for Knowledge Above Violence Always and offers and opportunity for further education and exploration of violence, giving our men the chance to recognize and combat the violence that may exist in themselves, their homes, and wider communities. Come tune in, learn, and discuss!

We've updated our free, weekly food resource list! Please be sure to check if listed locations have specific days that they're open as some food bank locations are open every other week. These are open to the public.
Pantries may be closed due to cases of extreme weather, we recommend double checking utahfoodbank.org/programs/mobile-school-pantries if any changes have been made. You can also contact them directly for confirmation. There are also community pantry locations but please be advised these are in residential areas.
