New laws remove obstacles for DACA recipients who want to become police officers
California and Colorado have passed laws that would permit noncitizens authorized to work in the U.S. to become police officers, while New Jersey and other states consider similar legislation.

Nelda has been busy. Her book is an inspiration. Ana Maria was led by angels, her good desires, and her good nature and became a wealthy owner of fincas in Chiapas. She is a guiding star for her numerous descendants.

The new Biden administration is committed to keeping the DACA program. It is a great benefit. You have permission to work and stay in the USA. We have helped people who missed out on the DACA program to receive the benefit as a new applicant. A person had to enter the USA before age 16, and have continuous residence in the USA before June 15, 2007. One young lady missed out because she did not finish high school. She was able to receive DACA now as a new applicant by enrolling in an adult education program to complete her high school.
DACA is great because it may allow you to ask for permission to leave the USA and return to your birth country for a short visit. Then, you may be able to become a lawful permanent resident through a family or work visa. And you may not need to go out of the country for your interview in a consulate, and then wait for a waiver to be granted before you re-enter the USA. Unfortunately, some people who go to their interviews in the consulates are punished for their unlawful presence in the USA. They end up waiting for more than one year to be able to return home, to the USA, as a permanent resident. Let us discuss any DACA possibilities with you.
