Before and after took out old sink faucet and sprayer, installed new sink faucet and sprayer and installed chrome sprayer cap , took out old 1 1/2 sink drain and installed new sink drain 

Before and after poured two concrete pads, in AZ one 12 x 27 and another one 12 x 37 backed back 

Before and after installed three new smoke detectors 

Before and after installed electrical plug and installed cabinet sink and drain in downstairs bathroom

Before and after took down rotted metal underneath floor landings silicone all cracks installed T111 up underneath floor landings and recoted top of landings 

Before and after cut out old broken leaking PVC pipe for irrigation sprinkler system and installed new PVC pipe  for irrigation sprinkler system 

Before and after installed insulation sheet rock and fire taped, drywall 

Before and after cut out rotted sub flooring in family bathroom  installed new flooring and vinyl flooring 

Before and after drywall was already busted out, cutout both sides of drywall squared installed new drywall on both sides, tape mud texture, and paint two walls and installed new shelving in pantry 

Before and after take out 2 6 inch round rotted cedar post Joyce on deck installed two new 6 inch round cedar post Joyce stained and sealed and installed
