Rask Guitars is looking for an experienced full-time luthier to relocate to Utah and join our growing custom shop operation.

This is a serious builder position focused primarily on high-end acoustic and electric guitar construction, prototype development, and helping move a growing custom order queue through production. The role also supports instruments connected to the upcoming "The Tone Crafter" TV series.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has completed at least several dozen guitars
• Can independently execute full builds
• Works efficiently at a high level
• Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• Has strong acoustic experience (electric experience also required)

Finishing experience is a major plus. CNC/CAD experience is also valuable.

This is not an entry-level role or hobby-shop environment. We are building a true boutique custom shop with a strong artistic and cinematic vision behind it.

Relocation to Utah required.
