As many of you know, great BBQ takes 13+ hours to smoke. Unfortunately, their Client Appreciation Picnic had to be postponed due to the weather. Rather than let all that food go to waste, they went above and beyond by standing out in the rain yesterday to hand out meals to their clients.

That kind of dedication, generosity, and commitment to both their clients and the vendors they work with speaks volumes about their character. It’s rare to see a team so willing to do the right thing, even when things don’t go as planned.

We truly appreciate all of you more than you’ll ever know. Thank you for your continued support, your kindness, and for allowing KovarQue to be a small part of such a great event. We’re proud to work with people like you! 🔥🍖

Ready at 12:45pm: Good food is still on the menu! 🍖

Although our Client Appreciation Picnic has been postponed, client's can also pick up a delicious meal from KovarQue beginning at 12:45pm. Come hungry for slow-smoked barbecue, hearty bowls, and your favorite comfort-food sides.

Sometimes the weather has other plans!

Due to the forecast, we've made the decision to postpone our 20th Anniversary Client Appreciation Picnic to Sunday, August 9, from 1:00–4:00 PM. While we're disappointed to wait another week, we're looking forward to celebrating together under better skies.

Lake Erie BBQ has pre-prepared food prior to postponing today's event. So we'll be offering drive-through pickup (for clients only) beginning at 11:30 AM. Stop by for ribs, creamy mac & cheese, and coleslaw packed up and ready for you to enjoy at home for lunch. Simply drive through, and be ready to celebrate next weekend!

KovarQue will have drive-through pickup available (for clients only) beginning as 12:45pm. Brisket, pork, and chopped chicken sandwiches with a number of sides and BBQ bowls will be available!

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. We can't wait to celebrate 20 years(and now, one extra week) with you next Sunday! 🎉
