The last time this happened I was about two weeks old so o wouldn't have remembered it likely.
Just so happened to get home as it was reaching its apex. It was pretty glorious, so I figured I'd share a snap for those who didn't get to enjoy the Super Flower Blood Moon!

Happy Friday Y'all!

Here's a photo of probably my favorite couple on this planet.

I always hesitate to post this kind of content here because that's not what you all followed me to see, but at the same time it's part of what I do.

I'm not only passionate about capturing beautiful landscapes, but any beautiful moments that can be immortalized. So going forward I'll be throwing a photos like this into the mix more.

That being said, I want to again offer my services for any and all of your photographic needs. Engagement, newborn, maternity, holiday photos, or you just want to update your dating profiles. I GOT YOU!

Hope your weekend is beautiful and filled with laughter.

Did you know California has the largest, the tallest, and the oldest trees in the world?

This is the General Sherman Tree, which is the largest by volume tree that is still standing today on record and is over 2000 years old.

Seeing this tree in person was surreal, snow was lightly falling all around as I looked up at this massive tree.

The next tree for me to find will be Hyperion, the world's tallest living tree in the Redwood National Park.

The one that will likely escape me will be Methuselah who's location is well hidden from the masses. This one is the world's oldest still standing tree coming in at 4852 years. I still want to visit the Ancient Bristlecone Pines in Inyo National Forest just to see some of these fascinating and old trees.

What are some of your favorite trees? 😁

I have lived in Southern California for majority of my life, we don't get lightning storms like this where I'm from very often but I've always been fascinated by the phenomenon. When I lived in Arizona for half a year, anytime a lightning storm would roll through I would drive around looking for a high vantage point to watch the show.

Fast forward 10 years, now anytime there's a little light show in the sky I try to get out there and capture it. California has had some nice storms over the last few years, but nothing I've seen compares to the ones I've seen in the Midwest. Being able to see the milky way or a beautiful sunset paired with these storms is an unreal experience.

It's Taco Tuesday!

Where is your favorite taco spot in Southern California?
Taco trucks, taquerias, fusion taco spots...I could talk tacos all day and have traveled near and far to try hundreds of different tacos. I want to know your favorites, taco to me about it! 🌮🌮🌮

I have some real estate shoots today, but the rest of October is fairly open right now. The fall colors are going to start coming in and I would love to do some family portraits this month. Let me know if you need some photos for your upcoming holiday cards and let's pick a date to shoot!

Throwing it back to another adventure from the beginning of last year. Unfortunately there was no milky way, it wasn't the season for it! Regardless there is something about the stars that just speaks to me so I still went out there and snapped some.

Heading down to San Diego, shoot me a DM if you want to link up!

Hey there Instagram friends and fam! I know it's been a whileeeeee, but hey let's face it...life isn't always gorgeous sunsets and laying out under the stars all night long. I have been feeling off and uninspired with my passion persistently this year and ended up taking a bit of a step back from it all due to that, but I wanted to thank you all for your continued support and check in. This year has been a rollercoaster and not necessarily the fun kind. I'm going to be trying to be more active because I miss this community, I learned a lot from a lot of you and made some good friends!

Check out some of the tags for some phenomenal photographers who's amazing work has kept me sane this year.
