40+ young adults gathered together for the annual Maria Stein Supercharge Retreat this past Sunday! What a wonderful day it was to come together and strengthen our friendship with the Lord and with one another.

In today's gospel, Jesus speaks to his disciples "You are the salt of the earth; but if salt loses its taste..." (Matthew 5:13).
Salt has a purpose: it gives flavors to everything and provides preservation.
In a similar way, Christian discipleship is meant to bring Christ's wisdom into the world so that the world is not left in the darkness of sin and hopelessness.
Wherever God has placed you—at home, at work, amongst your friends, in your community—don't be afraid to live your faith boldly.

We are days away from the deadline to register for the Supercharge retreat in Maria Stein, Ohio. Come join us for a day of reflection growing in friendship with Christ and other peers.
The retreat will be held on Sunday, June 14th at the Maria Stein Spiritual Center and is open to all 18-35 year olds.

In today's gospel, Jesus heals Peter's denial through an encounter of confessed love.
He does this through a simple and ordinary encounter—conversation after breakfast. Jesus meets Peter with a personal, patient, and restorative gaze rather than one of condemnation. He turns Peter's love for him into service, one that ultimately leads to mission and martyrdom.
Jesus asks the same of us: do we love Him without hesitation, and will we surrender everything and serve those in our closest circles?
