This month, WARCO proudly celebrates its 115th anniversary. Founded in 1910 by two visionary brothers who emigrated from Great Britain, the company has grown from its modest beginnings into an enduring symbol of American industrial prowess and ingenuity.

A Year in Review
As 2025 approaches, we pause to reflect on a remarkable year filled with milestones, memories, and momentum.

Celebrating the WARCO Family
This year, we had the honor of thanking, celebrating, and congratulating two remarkable team members on their well-deserved retirements. Francisco Martinez retired after 48 years of dedicated service, and Demitri Fardelos concluded his distinguished career in 2024.
Among our many events, we particularly enjoyed Employee Appreciation Day, where we recognized the efforts and contributions of every team member.

Strengthening Community Connections
In 2024, we embraced opportunities to engage with our community. From the May Day Parade in the City of Orange to the Children’s Hospital of Orange County Walk for Children’s Health & Well-Being, we loved participating in key community events.

We were especially proud to support Operation Christmas Child, an initiative by Samaritan’s Purse that delivers gift boxes filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene essentials to children living in poverty.

Expanding Capabilities for the Future
This year brought exciting advancements, including:
The launch of PURE™, a new line of rubber products certified under NSF/ANSI/CAN 61.
Cutting-edge equipment like the automatic inkjet marker and a high-volume, large-profile extrusion line.
The development of calendered sheet rubber in thinner gauges and a marbling technique for unique color patterns.

Sharing Knowledge Through Expertise
Finally, our team contributed to industry knowledge by authoring a series of insightful articles, including:
Standards and Compliance: Navigating REACH, RoHS, and Prop 65 regulations.
Understanding Materials: Deep dives into EPDM and FKM polymers.
Technical Insights: Topics like ASTM specifications, calendering, and more

WARCO Gives Back with Operation Christmas Child!

On Tuesday, we had the privilege to support the Operation Christmas Child outreach by Samaritan’s Purse in their initiative to deliver gift boxes filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene essentials to children living in extreme poverty.

We commend our employees who lent many hands to contribute to this program that has delivered over 220 million boxes to deserving children in 170 countries worldwide!

On June 4th, 2024 we had the privilege of thanking and honoring Mr. Francisco Martinez, WARCO’s Vice President of Manufacturing, for his 48 years of dedicated service, and congratulate him on his retirement. We are immensely thankful for everything Francisco has accomplished and wish the very best on his well-earned retirement.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember those who sacrificed for our freedom. Our facility will be closed on Monday, May 27th for the holiday.
