MAY ATHLETE OF THE MONTH!

Our guy Stephen is an absolute savage in the gym! He has been part of our program for the last two years and is the pinnacle of hard work and consistency.

Stephen has bumped up his training frequency over the past couple of months and it shows. Hitting squat PRs, sprint PRs and more, he is consistently getting better each week!

The best part, every time Stephen walks in he has a massive smile on his face! Congrats dude!

Why we lift in season?

1. Power/Strength—maintain explosiveness all season
2. Injury—prevent injuries by keeping muscles/ligaments healthy
3. Progress—yes you can still get stronger and faster in season

is hitting home runs and still lifting 2-3x/week!

Your athlete doesn’t need more games, showcases or recruiting videos.

They need to develop their bodies, learn to work with focus and intent, coaching to help them gain confidence and a proven system that helps them perform at the highest level once they step on the field, court or rink!

Mobility Monday!

if you are an athlete that requires overhead motions in your sport, such as throwing a baseball, swinging a racket overhead, shooting a basketball or serving a volleyball, this is the mobility routine you need!

IMPORTANT: some shoulder injuries come from having an immobile spine. Make sure we are warming up our mid/upper back!
