Panthers are always reaching great heights! 🏔️ Chapman University Argyros College of Business and Economics alumni Samuel Neglia ’25 (left) and Devon Musselman ’23 (right) recently summited Mt. Whitney, the highest peak in the contiguous United States, and brought along a pennant to mark the accomplishment.

“I saw that the music touched people in such a profound way,” Grace Fong, D.M.A., said. “You could see it in their bodies. Their faces would soften.”

Fong, professor and director of piano studies at the Hall-Musco Conservatory of Music at Chapman University, shares how, between performances and a full teaching schedule, she brings that same artistry to hospitals, schools, special education programs, mental health programs, cultural centers, and libraries across Southern California — and brings her students with her.

We’re proud to celebrate WSP alumnus Devansh Mehta on earning his B.A. in political science, themed inquiry in leadership studies from Chapman University. 🎓

Devansh completed an academic boot camp at Columbia University as part of his WSP journey. This summer, he is also serving as a lead college readiness fellow with WSP, continuing to support and guide participants as they navigate their own academic pathways.

He will be continuing his academic journey at Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where he will study criminal law and public interest law.

Congratulations, Devansh! We’re so proud of all you’ve accomplished and excited for everything ahead. 💙
