I spend as much time as I can in my garden communing with Nature.
A few days ago I snapped these 3 fotos.
All st my stools feet. A baby lizard less than my pinky from tip to tail. So tiny and so sweet. A small bit of tropical milkweed i left growing as my local native milkweed barely came in this year and finally a Monarch butterflying that wee bit of milkweed.
The mosquitos are so bad his year it limits our time outside. No time of day is safer.
For me - my garden is sacred space and I set up mini altars by the way I place rocks and wood branches. They act like zones but also natural easy ways to add some flowers and pebbles other bits I come across such as a feather or piece of bark.
We can use anything and the altars that use what we have layered with meaning can be the most powerful.
I like keeping it simple in my garden. And when I see a wee lizard hanging out in the altar bits it brings joy! @ Orange, California

The pandemic has brought about a shift in many healer's offerings, way of delivering and even the very heart of what they want to put out in the world.

While we all navigate these changes, go within to think about next steps and the transitions happening everywhere there is so much to glean and grow with from the first 8 interviews up at Altar This.

Starting with the very first one - Suzan Lemont, M.A.

If you haven't read it - please do and let us know what you think below.

4th and LAST Red Devil chemo today!!! May this toxic bastard kill the breast cancer.
In the meantime my sweet Tiger nurse painted my nails for me while the chemo went in!
Love my oncology team!
I also have a wee piece of amethyst with me along with my potions. A wee table side altar!

Yesterday I worked through the California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) seeds I harvested in June from my front yard.
recently shared a video about being and how to make sweet wee paper pockets to hold seeds.
I made 8 seed packets - each full of 100 to 200 plus seeds. I hope to trade them with others who want to grow their own medicine (poppy makes great tea and tinctures) and have seeds I can try my hand at.
And so much love to Jen and all she offers. Hoping she will be a future interviewee for Altar This. Her plant medicine wisdom is so helpful!

Hello sweet loves! Wee intro - I started Altar This earlier this wild and transformative and yes fu**ed up year of 2020.
Altar This is a website and way to create Global connection between our Sacred selves, altar forms (spirit, body and living places) and a variety of healers and wisdom keepers and path walkers.
I interview people or Altarists as I call them to share their practice as well as their community offerings whether as volunteers or within a business structure.
As to me - I’m all about laughter and joy and honoring the tears that need to fall and holding the emotions of life’s journey in all their ways.
I practice Druidry as an OBOD Bard and Druidcraft as a solo witch practitioner. I’m an artist, poet, song maker, writer and hopefully for some an inspirerer and guide.
Follow or sign up for the Altar This newsletter and Random Musings posts at the site.

I’m hoping to get 7 to 10 interviews up and then slow it down on how often I post the interviews.
This weekend I round out with this sweet discussion about Reiki with Uber kind and gentle spirit Dana Romine Burns.
Her interview is live now for your pleasure. Please share with your friends and family. I truly believe reiki is an healing modality than can help so many as it has me.
Dana - Altarist, Reiki Master and Interior Designer.
