Always fun for my STRING TRIO to play inside the chapel at Aria in Prospect CT.. the acoustics are amazing! Thanks to the well organized and helpful staff! We played as Alexandra got ready to walk down the aisle to meet Justin for her wedding ceremony. “Working with Kate and her string trio was an incredible experience. She's a professional and every part of working with her was seamless. She put together a song I asked for that my grandmother used to sing to me and it was perfect. Thank you for everything!!”

We recently played my latest STRING TRIO arrangement of this popular Spanish song - Besame Mucho ("Kiss me A Lot") - and our audience was thrilled!
I always offer to put together favorite music to play. A client for September 2023 requested this song played by my STRING TRIO. Starting early on the process of putting together an arrangement and putting it into music notation means I can keep editing and listening to it. My trio tried it out during the prelude for a wedding on 12/30/22 and we got a postivie response!

It was so much fun playing with my STRING TRIO for the ceremony and cocktail hour at the private home of the bride's parents. The event had been rescheduled twice because of Covid and everyone was so happy it was a finally happening. Thanks to Keeley Photography for sharing this photo with me.The bride's father told me we played his favorite song - "Stand By Me"!
Back in the day, our band, Elixir, played 4 -5 nights a week at restaurants in CT. They all had live bands for dancing and listening. Kate, Fred, Larry and Duane had a ball playing this jazz standard "Ornithology".
Remember the Turtles? My TRIO, with two of my favorite musicians, played a sweet wedding ceremony and reception in June 2021 and I finally got the video edited. So Happy Together!
Its was so much fun to play with these two fine musicians - Alison, viola and Julie,cello. Our TRIO played a concert in early March and included this often-requested song. Music brings the joy!
Learning good new and old songs/music to play for wedding ceremonies is always fun! My STRING TRIO recently played "This Will Be, an Everlasting Love", chosen for the recessional. I never get tired of the great standards; people of all ages listen to and enjoy them.

Thanks to all for you who have been visiting my Facebook Business page this past year. I am so grateful for opportunities to perform and bring joy to people at wedding ceremonies, parties, concerts, restaurants, hospitals, rehab and senior facilities, public and private events of all kinds. My VIOLIN/GUITAR DUO plays for the brunch crowd at La Zingara restaurant in Bethel CT about one Sunday per month. Yesterday Sonny Landolfi, guitar, and I had a ball playing all kinds of music eliciting wonderful response from folks enjoying the great food, service and atmosphere.
