2022 vs. 2026.

Same weight. Different chapter.

In 2022, I couldn’t press 105 lbs.
Today, I pressed it for 2 reps.

What I’m most grateful for isn’t the weight on the bar. It’s being stronger, moving better, having more endurance, and feeling more athletic than I did a few years ago.

Progress doesn’t always happen quickly, but it adds up when you stay consistent.
