BAHN MiEATBALLS

Safe to say the Bahn Mi is the sandwich of the summer ⛱️

We built a Bahn Mi rice bowl guaranteed to turn heads in the break room 😉

Bahn Mi turkey meatballs with all the stuffings - zucchini, carrot, daikon, pepper, jalapeño, cilantro and sriracha lime mayo. Tofu nuggets for my plant based peeps and the Shrimp Mi.

When it comes to food, don’t think “good or bad”, THINK BEST 🙇‍♂️

Whether it’s mains or sides, there isn’t right, wrong, or most healthy.

What’s my current goal?
Does this fit in my lifestyle and budget?
Can I stick to this long term?
What is most important?

🍚🍠Your best choice might be white rice because it’s so easy to digest and your muscles love it OR it might be sweet potato because you need more fiber and micronutrients.

🎣🐓One week you may pick salmon cuz you’ve been slacking on omega 3’s and the next you go for chicken breast because you overindulged that weekend.

📌Health isn’t one size fits all and your journey is going to constantly change. Don’t stick to some stupid rules you’ve heard, pick what is BEST for you in THIS moment.

Learn what your body needs and enjoy the ride 🎢
