Ready for the kids to come ride!!

We are waiting for a new member of the our team to arrive from Florida!!!

So I often get asked do I feed anything different when we have big temperature changes. Ideally horse need the same feed routine every day. However, when it is cold mine get a little extra warm bran mash to keep them happy! It is made of bran, warm water, molasses, and Nicker Makers! They love it!

Domino had a great first day here! The kids loved him (and so did Capone - who now has a turn out friend)! Thank you Deary Performance Horses for putting us together with Domino!

Life has been crazy here at Divine Mercy Stable. There have been some sad changes. Out playing in the pasture - Charlie fell and broke his shoulder. Sadly there was nothing the vet could do for him, and he had to be put down. He was a one in a million horse, and was kind and special to everyone who had the chance to ride him. Charlie blessed so many.Thank you Charlie for giving so much joy to everyone! You will be greatly missed.....

Introducing Big Mac!

Thank you to Patricia and Chantal Kuhn for sending Big Mac to us! He is here on loan while Charle recovers. He is looking forward to meeting everyone!

Big Mac loves treats and to be brushed. He enjoys playing in the pasture with Hunter.

For all my wonderful riders….

Our special horse Charlie has been to the vet and had X-rays. He is going to get some medicine for pain relief and daily wrapping. We are hoping he can avoid surgery- time will tell! He is happy and resting.
