✨ How I stay on a ketogenic diet on the go ✨

One obvious answer would be to order a salad 🥗 but a new favorite of mine lately has been subbing a bun with a lettuce wrap.
👉🏼 My go to meal on the road is a grilled chicken club with extra cheese and bacon 🥓 lettuce wrapped (this is from chic-fil-a).
It’s a simple swap but it’s honestly delicious.

Has anyone tried adding protein powder to their coffee before? Maybe I’m late to the game, but I’ve been focusing on hitting my protein goals each day (90 grams) and find this is an easy way to sneak some in.
I had a protein coffee at Starbucks the other day, and decided to try it at home.
🌟 10/10 recommend. 🌟

Dinner tonight! One of the easiest things I throw together for a meal; sheet pan veggies (the broccoli I grew, organic cauliflower, organic zucchini, organic yellow squash, and organic eggplant) with grass fed beef sausage. It’s a favorite every time.
