Epoxy vs. Polished Concrete vs. Grind & Seal: Which Commercial Flooring is Right for Your Facility?

This 3-day job turned into nearly a week — but it was all worth it in the end.

✅ Removed mastic to uncover a tile floor with varying patterns and types of tile

✅Continued the grind to test the potential of coating over tile (after seeing the condition of the grout lines and some tiles - we decided against it

✅ Removed most of the tile flooring

✅ Profiled and patched the concrete slabs
Installed the base coat (the AC decided to start leaking onto it overnight — luckily after it had cured 😮‍💨)

✅ Installed the design coat

✅ Sealed it with the top coat

There were plenty of obstacles and a few very late nights — nevertheless, we prevailed! 💪🏼
