Helping 6-7 figure business owners refine their offers, simplify their operations, elevate their messaging, and design businesses that support their life goals while maximizing profits.
If your goal is to pay yourself $150k-$300k per year (not in top line revenue but take home pay), you do NOT need this level of complication within your business model and offers. You are stressing yourself out unnecessarily.
Restructuring and simplifying your business model is what will increase your take home pay.
Do you need help mapping out your prices, offers and seeing the actual numbers?
If so, comment “CASHFLOW” to get my CEO Projection Calculator. It’ll help you run your numbers on take home pay, top line revenue needed, number of clients to enroll, what to set aside for taxes without complicated spreadsheets.
When you step away for a few months, the fear isn’t really about being inactive…
it’s about coming back and feeling disconnected from what your clients have been living through while you were gone.
I knew 4 months was a long time in business. A lot can change. Results happen. Problems come up. Decisions get made.
And I didn’t want my clients using their coaching time just to get me caught up to speed when I return.
That puts pressure on them, and it slows down the work we’re there to do.
So instead of trying to stay active…
I focused on staying connected.
Every week, my clients submit a short check-in form with updates on:
• what’s working
• where they need support
• progress they’re making
• decisions they’re navigating
It keeps me informed without needing to be in the day-to-day, and it makes the transition back feel smooth instead of overwhelming, for them and for me.
Maternity leave doesn’t have to mean disappearing. You just need a way to keep a pulse on what your clients are building while you’re gone.
Hi, I’m Jereshia 👋🏽 I’ve been a business mentor for coaches and service providers for nearly 10 years, and around here we talk about messaging, positioning, and building a business model that’s simple to sell and scale.
If your revenue has been stuck at “good enough” for too long, your leads aren’t as qualified as they used to be, or your messaging feels like it’s not landing the way it used to…
there’s a good chance the problem isn’t in the delivery of your offer. It’s that your business is ready for specialization that you’ve been hesitant to claim publicly.
Comment GUIDE if you need help knowing if your niche is specific enough, especially when your offer is $3,000 or more and sales calls are being met with more objections than you’ve been able to overcome. I’ll send you my Ethical Sale PDF that will walk you through how to decide what to fix first.
Follow along for honest conversations about growth, niching, messaging, and building a business that can scale.
Moms, chime in ✨
Huge shoutout to and .hdc your newborn new mom content has been so helpful 🤎
03/11/2026
Ohhh how the focus of your ambition shifts in the early phases of having a newborn as a first time mom learning all the things about breast feeding and lactation 🤣
03/08/2026
Before giving birth, I thought I needed to prepare for every possible scenario.
Freezer meals.
The nursery perfectly set up.
A hospital bag packed weeks in advance.
Every baby product recommended online.
I wanted to make sure I didn’t miss anything.
But after actually being in the newborn stage, something became really clear:
Babies need far less than the internet makes it seem.
They need warmth. Food. Sleep. Diapers. And you. 🤎Everything else can be figured out as you go.
So if you’re pregnant right now and worried you’re not prepared enough… You probably already are.
If it helps, I put together a short list of the newborn essentials we actually used. Nothing excessive. Just the things that made those first weeks easier. 👉🏽 Comment BABY and I’ll send it to you.
Let’s be real, your work is too good to be buried under vague messaging.
You’re not new to this. You’re not trying to “find your voice.”You’ve got a voice. You’ve got receipts. You’ve built the business, delivered results, made the money.
So why does your content still sound like you’re a beginner when, in reality, you have years of experience under your belt? The confidence you have in person or on private calls with clients just isn’t translating into your public content.
If you’re tired of hiding behind “I help…” statements that don’t actually say anything, or the messaging you’ve been relying on for years just isn’t converting like it used it…
It’s time to refine and clean it up.
My new course, Market Like A CEO, is where we do exactly that.
Inside, you’ll learn how to:
* Say what you really mean.
* Articulate the full depth of your work.
* Craft messaging that positions you as the leader you already are, and not a generalist.

You’ve built something incredible, and it deserves to be seen. But if showing up online feels like a tightrope between authenticity and overexposure, you’re not alone.
Your people won’t hire you if they don’t understand what you really do. Let’s fix that.
If you’re in a relationship based business model, in close proximity with your clients, one of the fastest ways to double your revenue is NOT by increasing new leads but rather figuring out how to keep your existing clients longer.
