Life has been moving fast and hitting hard these last few months — and I know so many of you can relate. 💛

Recently said goodbye to my sweet little buddy who was by my side for 16 years (longer than two of my kids have been alive!). I still catch myself looking for him when I walk through the door. 🐾😢

But even in the hard and the heavy, there is so much good — so much joy. We just have to choose to look for it. ☀️ Gratitude has a way of making sure you find it ☀️
