Free From Ordinary

At the beginning of 2020, we realized a pattern in our lives. We were always waiting for the weekend. That was our sign that something had to change.

We launched our journey as full time rv'ers in August 2020. Free From Ordinary is based off the desire to escape the 9 to 5 grind and live a life on your own terms. Join Michael, Katie, & Kali as they travel across North America in search of new adventures & a new way of life in their 23ft travel trailer. They will be documenting their journey highlighting key topics such as: traveling with a 15 yr dog, campground/RV park reviews, environmentally friendly products, and everything in between.

The carriage roads of Acadia National Park are unlike anything we've ever seen! It's 45 miles of roads woven into the landscape and mountains of the park. Access granted only to hikers, cyclists, and horse riders - it provides a safe car free zone to recreate. Not to mention how the secluded paths make you feel that much closer to nature! 🤟
