With only the last few remaining vanity cabinets to install, the vanity mirrors, and vanity lights, closet shelving, and the construction cleanup, we see the light of the completion of this project! We completed the installation of all of the appliances, granite, kitchen sinks, faucets, light fixtures, and mini splits this week! We are just within the last few details of bringing tiny living to you! 🔨👷‍♀️🦺🚜

Laurel the Builder continues to run the grounds on this job site! It has been a big week for this project! As you can see, we have beautiful cabinets! The sidewalk was finished and landscaping is well on its way to being done! The beautiful details of grass, mulch, flowers, and shrubs were all placed/planted! We have doors for the bathrooms! The shower/tub fixtures and toilets have all been installed. The shutters are being installed today. Light fixtures and fans are being installed and now our appliances are scheduled! And after measuring on Wednesday of this past week, we should have our beautiful granite very soon! We are so excited about this project coming together. This perfectly tiny living is well on its way to being ready for you! 🔨👷‍♀️🦺🚜

No one is home here…yet! But, that can be you very soon! We have 5 houses that have already been pre-rented for when these are completed and we have 5 remaining! We are moving right along! Mini splits are being installed, grass is going in, and various other fixtures are being installed! Bathroom vanity installation will be started on Monday and we have a day scheduled for installation of the cabinets and the granite countertops. This really is shaping into the beautiful little community that we envisioned! 🔨👷‍♀️🦺🚜

We have interior walls, flooring and more landscaping going! It’s coming along and Laurel the Builder is inspecting every bit of it! We are another step closer! 🔨👷‍♀️🦺🚜

The progress continues! Interior walls are being installed, water lines have been placed, and landscaping has started! 🔨👷‍♀️🦺🚜

In just a couple of weeks, Laurel the Builder has completely changed the appearance with insulation being installed and the start of board and batten walls! 4 of the houses will have the board and batten for the interior walls and 6 will have beautifully finished lumber! 🔨👷‍♀️🦺🚜

Laurel the Builder has paint on all of the houses! It is so exciting seeing all of this coming together! We have the insulation installation scheduled, lumber for the the walls ordered and we finalized plans for the landscaping. We are one step closer to bringing you perfectly tiny living!
