One thing we’ve learned over the years is that everybody’s definition of “Dad Rock” is a little different.

For some people it’s Motley Crue.

For others it’s Seger, The Eagles, AC/DC, Journey, or something completely different.

Whatever your definition is, June 20 at Martin’s is shaping up to be a night full of songs that people know, songs people sing along with, and songs that have somehow survived every playlist purge for the last few decades.

We’re looking forward to this one. 😎

A few months ago, June felt a long way off. Now we’re putting the finishing touches in prep for Dad Rock Night at Martin’s on Lake Martin on June 20 - the Saturday night before Father’s Day.

We’ve made some changes to the show this year, added a few songs, retired a few others, and spent a lot of time working on the details.

We’re looking forward to getting everybody together for a night of great music and good memories.

June 20 can’t get here fast enough. 😎

Since we’re calling our June 20 show at Martin’s on Lake Martin “Dad Rock Night,” we need to settle an important question…

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to Big Star Tavern and spent their Friday night with us. We were especially humbled by the folks who made the drive from nearly two hours away just to see the show. That kind of support means more than you know.

Thank you to Michael Dean for keeping us sounding great all night, and to the entire staff at Big Star Tavern for always taking such good care of us. We love playing there and always feel right at home.

A special shout-out to Ken and Nicole for capturing some amazing videos from the show. We’ve already seen a few of them, and we can’t wait to share those with everyone soon.

Thank you all for helping make it such a memorable night. We’re already looking forward to the next one. 😎

They don’t always see the loading, packing, organizing, lifting, wiring, testing, and trying to fit an entire band into the back of a cargo van. 😄

It’s finally almost here. 😎

Join Odd Alice on Friday, June 5 at Big Star Tavern in Prattville for our first show of the summer.

We’ve spent the last couple of months working on production, updating parts of the setlist, and getting everything ready for a busy season. We’ve added some new touches to the show, brought back a few things we’ve missed, and we’re excited to finally get back onstage.

If you’ve seen us before, we’d love to see you again. If you haven’t, this is a great night to come check us out.

Big Star Tavern has always been one of our favorite places to play, and we can’t wait to spend the evening with some old friends and hopefully make a few new ones too.
