Built in 1913, this historic structure required a solution that respected its age while delivering modern reliability. We underpinned the settling foundation using helical piles, transferring loads to competent soil and restoring long-term stability.
This approach allowed us to strengthen a 110+ year-old building with minimal disruption—ensuring it stands strong for decades to come.

Facing challenging fill soils at the U of R Catholic Center in Rochester, we partnered with a leading general contractor to deliver an efficient foundation solution. By installing a Geo-Joist and helical pile system, we avoided costly excavation and provided a robust, frost-protected foundation.

With 108 helical piles supporting an 8,800 Sq ft Geo-Joist slab, the project wrapped up in just 3-1/2 weeks—saving time and costs while ensuring energy efficiency.

Field Installation Tech - Working on site with the rest of the team to execute projects, generally our work is in the upstare NY area but we do travel for the right projects. We have been to California, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina and others, all expenses paid.
