Homes on prime lots are often remodeled every 20 years, unless they’re exceptionally well-designed. This stunning house on Lake LBJ, Texas, is no exception. This time, the front porch needed a refresh (as porches often do). Instead of opting for delicate tile or a standard decorative concrete finish, the choice needed something more robust. The solution? #142 Mix Stain - Aged Concrete

For the Rosalita Malibu install we coated the top of the self-consolidating concrete wall to match the face of the walls. We created a custom mix and imported sand from the ready-mix supplier in order to make the aggregate match perfectly.

Once again, we collaborated with Trademark Concrete Systems for this new addition at UC Merced. For this project, poured the concrete and the columns, while Cano Architecture Concrete Repair coated the columns in a custom FirmeCrete® Harvest Gold color with a sand finish. Additionally, patched the letters with Harvest Gold in a smooth finish. The result looks FIRME🔥🔥🔥
