Did you know that we take more than 30 minutes to make each sheer mask? Sewing sheer chiffon is extraordinarily difficult. We welcome the challenge 😉 With great patience and careful handling, the end result is worth it.

Why so difficult? Chiffon is unforgiving in its delicate nature. One loose fray can ruin the entire mask. That is why we double stitch the edges and inspect every mask before we ship them out!

We made some mistakes along the way. For one, we used these rolls of bias to make the mask trim when we ran out of the usual cotton straps, but some customers came back to us saying that this bias was not as stretchy or comfortable as the usual cotton straps we used. Now, we try not to use these bias anymore. Too bad we stocked up on so many. They're just sitting around, eating up space for no reason 😂 if you know any good use for bias, let us know!
