Pathways Wellness Center is an Office of Mental Health designated recovery center. The center is operated by a team of peers and members of the community who have experienced their own life challenges. Peers support individuals with navigating and/or linking to different network of services, acquiring benefits, developing natural supports and social relationships, and achieving their life goals and passions.

🌮✨ Sneak peek from today’s Cinco de Mayo Fiesta at Pathways! ✨🍹

From our build-your-own mocktail station, to cookie painting, tacos, games, and our colorful photo booth setup, today was filled with connection, creativity, and a lot of fun. 💛

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and spent part of their day with us — we had a full house and loved seeing so many people enjoying themselves, connecting with others, and simply having a good time together.

We also wrapped up the day by preparing and delivering to-go burrito bowls to community members who weren’t able to join us in person today. 🌯💛

🚨🛠️ EMERGENCY: We bought things that require “assembly” 🛠️🚨

…and now we’re looking for that one person who actually enjoys it 👀

✨ You know the type:
✔️ “I’ll just build it real quick” (and actually does)
✔️ Doesn’t end up with 3 mystery screws left over 🤨
✔️ Gets a little too excited about a cordless drill 🔩

Meanwhile… us?
📦 Opened the boxes
👀 Looked inside
🚶‍♂️ Respectfully walked away



🧩 Here’s what needs rescuing:
🌿 A raised garden bed that would LOVE to become a garden
🎨 A Creative Corner cart that is currently just… potential

We’ve got:
🔧 Tools (yes, including a cordless screwdriver 💪)
🙌 Moral support
😅 Good intentions

We just need YOU to bring it all together!

Our taste buds are still buzzing after the empanada-making class we attended! 🥟✨ From learning how to perfectly fold the dough to experimenting with delicious fillings, every moment was hands-on and so much fun.

There’s something special about creating food from scratch—and even better when you get to enjoy it fresh out of the oven. What a wonderful experience, full of flavor, laughter, and new skills we can’t wait to use again at home!

Something about slowing down, creating, and connecting with nature just resets everything—in the best way 💚🌵🎨

Feeling the winter blues lingering a little longer than you’d like? You’re not alone—and the good news is, small shifts can make a big difference. 💛

Here are a few simple ways to lift your mood and reset your energy:
✨ Get outside for some fresh air and sunlight—even 10 minutes helps
✨ Move your body in a way that feels good (walk, stretch, dance!)
