Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of everything else in your life—both at work and at home.

This Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, we encourage you to check in with yourself and others. Work stress, personal responsibilities, and everyday pressure can build up over time, but small steps can make a difference—like focusing on one task at a time, noticing early signs of stress, and giving yourself permission to slow down when needed.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or not quite yourself, support is available. BRiDGES EAP offers free, confidential mental health support. You can connect with one of our EAP professionals by calling 315-697-3947 or submitting an appointment request at www.bridgescouncil.org
under the EAP tab.

If BRiDGES is not your workplace EAP provider, reach out to your HR department to learn what support services are available to you.

And remember, mental health doesn’t stop when the workday ends. These same check-ins and habits matter just as much at home and in your daily life.

You don’t have to manage it alone.
