Yesterday we celebrated my daughter’s birthday at the City of Oneida Parks and Recreation for the second year. They are available for events and parties to rent and we love the convenience and awesome amenities they offer!!

We also had Drew's Magic And Balloon Animals who made balloon animals for all the kids to take home. Drew is an exceptional young entrepreneur, and is available for events and parties.

Thanks to all for making Gias day so great.

* Winter Storm Warning-

As you may know a significant winter storm is expected to impact our area today with forecasts calling for 12 to 18 inches of snow and single-digit temperatures into tomorrow.

We are asking residents to-

• Avoid unnecessary travel and stay indoors if possible.

• Allow extra time and space for snow removal crews to do their work. Please do not park on the side of the road. Parking violations will be strictly enforced.

• Check on neighbors and those who may need assistance.

• DO NOT leave pets outside for any duration of time.

Our DPW is preparing and will be working hard to keep roads as safe as possible. Please make preparations and stay informed as conditions may change.

Your safety is our top priority. Stay warm, stay safe, and thank you for looking out for one another.

Join Us Tomorrow in Oneida 🇺🇸

We’re honored to welcome runner Noah Coughlan as he passes through the City of Oneida as part of a cross-country journey.

Hes running across America carrying the American flag to highlight what it means to people and communities along the way. This run is especially meaningful as our nation celebrates its 250th birthday this year.

We invite residents to come out, show support, and help us welcome him to Oneida during this historic year for our country.

Noah will be running west from Sherrill and will stop at the Troop D on Route 5 around 10 AM. If you’re able, please come show your support for his incredible journey. If you can’t make it, check out his story as it is an inspiring one that brings people together. 🇺🇸
