Yesterday was a pretty incredible day at inCOMMON! ๐Ÿ’›

For United Way of the Midlandsโ€™ Day of Caring, volunteers from Omaha Public Power District, Union Pacific and other organizations rolled up their sleeves and got to work alongside us โ€” painting, landscaping, tackling projects and helping care for the spaces our neighbors use every day.

Weโ€™re so grateful for every person who gave their time, energy and talents to make a difference. Days like this are a powerful reminder of what can happen when our community shows up for one another.

Thank you for spending your Day of Caring with inCOMMON!

A new session of ESL classes is underway at inCOMMON! ๐Ÿ“š

Last week, neighbors gathered to begin another season of learning, practicing, and building confidence together.

Weโ€™re wishing every student a wonderful session ahead. Weโ€™re so glad youโ€™re here, and we canโ€™t wait to cheer you on along the way!

Rain and all, Walnut Hill showed up ๐Ÿ’™

Thank you to everyone who joined us a couple of weeks ago for the Walnut Hill Block Party. Weโ€™re grateful for every neighbor, family, volunteer, partner, and team member who braved the weather and helped make the evening such a good one.

A little rain didnโ€™t stop the food, fun, music, games, or time together. Weโ€™re still smiling from such a great night with neighbors!

Happy birthday to one of our co-directors, Christian! ๐ŸŽ‰

Weโ€™re grateful for the leadership, care, humor, and heart he brings to inCOMMON every day. His commitment to neighbors, relationships, and the work happening across our communities means so much to our team.

Help us wish Christian a very happy birthday!
