One year ago, Sydney Kinney joined the Lamp Rynearson family, and our office has literally never looked better. (She led the remodel. We are not exaggerating.)
From coordinating contractors and design decisions to keeping the team running smoothly every single day, Sydney brings energy, care, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does. We are so glad she is here.
Read her full Work Here Grow Here story at the link below and find out what she loves most about working here, what she is reading right now, and what is next for this rising star.
Happy first anniversary, Sydney!

Play ball, Omaha! ⚾
Boyd Park is officially open, and we could not be more proud to have helped bring this incredible athletic complex to life for the Omaha Central High School Eagles. Our civil engineers worked alongside the City of Omaha to design a facility that student-athletes and the whole community can be proud of for generations to come.
Here is what you will find at the newly opened Boyd Park:
Two brand new synthetic turf ball fields, home to the Eagles
An indoor practice facility so athletes can train year-round
Concessions and restrooms for fans and families
Two press boxes for game-day coverage
A connecting plaza that ties it all together
From the first pitch of design to the final walk-through, our team was in the dugout every step of the way. This is what happens when a community invests in its student-athletes.
Is your school district or municipality ready to upgrade your athletic facilities? Let’s talk about what is possible. https://lamprynearson.com/markets/education-athletic-facilities/

Here’s how it works: dine in, mention Lamp Rynearson or Strike Out Hunger, and 15% of your meal goes directly toward fighting hunger in our community. It’s that simple.
Bring your coworkers, bring your friends, bring your appetite. The more people who show up, the bigger the contribution we make together. See you there! Food Bank for the Heartland
During last week’s Welcome Back to Wellness Week, Lamp Rynearson brought well-being into the workday through activities that encouraged movement, connection, and learning.
Team members participated in wellness bingo, shared reflections on gratitude walls, joined lunchtime walks, attended Lunch & Learns, and connected over a midweek smoothie break.
We also made space for a little fun—like the day we turned to hopscotch as a reminder that movement and well-being can be simple, energizing, and even playful.
As Dave, our CEO & President, noted, fostering well-being starts with being thoughtful about how we support our people—both in their work and in how they experience the workplace each day.
It was a week dedicated to creating space to pause, connect, and reinforce a culture rooted in care and respect.
Today we remember and honor the heroes who gave everything for our freedom. Memorial Day is a time to reflect, spend time with loved ones, and never forget the sacrifices that made it all possible. ❤️🤍💙We remember. We honor. We thank you.

⛳ What a day on the course! The Lamp Rynearson team had a blast last week at the Engineers Club of Kansas City Golf Tournament. Between the sunshine, the smiles, and some friendly competition, it was a great opportunity to connect with fellow engineering professionals in the KC community.
Best of all, the tournament raised over $7,800 for scholarships. What a wonderful way to invest in the next generation of engineers!
Big thanks to the Engineers Club of Kansas City for hosting such a fantastic event. We're already looking forward to next year! 🏌️♂️🏌️♀️
