I can honestly say that this is the coolest bird that I've seen on a job site, and the closest I've ever been to any kind of raptor.

But also I can honestly say that I'm a little scared to go climb up on the roof while he's hanging out with his breakfast.

Radon levels are routinely high here in the Omaha area, so it's worth getting a radon test to determine what the levels are.
If you already have a mitigation installed, the EPA recommends getting levels checked every two years to ensure that the system is functioning properly.

I've been seeing a lot of mold cases now that the weather has warmed up. Mold needs food, moisture and certain temperature ranges to reproduce. If you get rid of the moisture and access to food (cellulose like wood or paper) you can often times reduce or eliminate the chances for mold to reproduce entirely.
