Every child deserves a chance to just be a kid. But right here in Omaha, the heartbreaking reality is that 759 days are lost to uncertainty within the foster care system. This is a staggering 158 days longer than the state average.
This statistic drives us, challenging us to be more than just a service, to be the voice, the advocate, and the innovative force disrupting the status quo.

Join us on our Day of Giving to invest in those non-traditional, desperately needed programs that are actively cutting that wait time. Let's give them back their days.

We’re so excited to celebrate our official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, November 13th at 2:00 PM!
Join us as we open our doors, meet our team, and celebrate this next chapter together.

We’ll also be hosting a Food Drive that day for our amazing partners at YouthMart.💙
All donations will go directly to support local youth in need, so bring a few nonperishable items and make an impact while you celebrate with us!

Legal Family Services is proud to announce that we are expanding our programs to now include educational classes designed to empower and equip families with practical tools for success.
These classes are all aimed at strengthening families and supporting positive growth within our community.
Our mission has always been to walk alongside families navigating life’s challenges, and this expansion allows us to do just that in even more meaningful ways.
