Today our GMP Pros Pop-Up Lunch took us to Honest Abe's in Lincoln.

One of the things we try to do with Pop-Up Lunch is support local businesses, especially those whose values and journey resonate with our own.

What struck us most about the story behind Honest Abe's wasn't the food. It was the people.

Two cousins. A conversation over a sandwich. A food truck. A dream.

Along the way, they took risks, invested their savings, worked long hours, opened multiple concepts, closed some that didn't work, learned from mistakes, and kept moving forward. They discovered that success isn't about getting every decision right. It's about having the courage to try, the humility to learn, and the resilience to keep going.
