On the job training, some experience is preferred
Monday through Friday 8-5 and some Saturdays
Must know how to read a tape measure
Must be able to climb a ladder and work at heights of 30'
Must have own hand tools and bags
Must have a reliable vehicle to get to jobs
Must go through a background check

Probably start around $20 an hour
Pay can be discussed based on knowledge and experience

Hey guys, Just wanted to make a post to see what people may be interested in having done for work in the area. Check in if anybody is interested in anything. I do all kinds of things. From tile, doors and windows, drywall, siding, framing you name it, I can do it.

Ever since I was younger I always wanted to build pet enclosures and aquariums. No limits here. You can imagine how fun this could be to design and see come to life and have your pets have a place of their own. Would anybody be interested in a pregnant orange cat. She's a sweetheart but a little shy. She is free to good home! She has already had a litter of kittens she has been a stray and kept coming back to us. She brought us her last kittens. I'll post a picture of her first litter about 4 or 5 months old. She is well behaved and knows how to use a litterbox. If no one wants her she'll have to go to the humane society and that's what we are trying to avoid.

Vinyl siding repair(grill was too close to the back wall), the chimney wasn't properly flashed letting water run down and sit behind the siding. Torn down rotted sheathing and replaced, wrapped and put the siding back up and made sure to properly flash above and reseal with vulkem.

Client called and said that they hired someone to build a retaining wall. They left this mess for them for months and was unable to get them to come back and finish. I was happy to help and had to take down the back section and rebuild since it was falling over and didn't line up with the front wall. And most importantly got the mess that they left for them all cleaned up.

Small cedar siding repair

Put up 1x6 along the bottom of siding around the house, replaced a piece of rotted siding under the front window and build a small back deck for easier in and out traffic.

Fixed some rotted soffit, took down old shutters, built and installed new shutters and address plaque and replaced mailbox.
