This is specifically for MAE Adventure Tower climbing sessions. These time slots are for climbers who do not require an employee belayer. Meaning you are already belay certified through the gym, you have a climbing partner and don’t require staff to belay you during your session. Our other time slots have extra staff on hand to help solo climbers and those who aren’t certified yet.
For now, these time slots are on Fridays. More to come soon. Sign-up through the regular scheduler.

Bouldering : Basically a puzzle, except the puzzle can throw you on the floor.
Photo’d this project for a while and loved the transitions. Tony hit the floor several times and then floated through it at the end. He’s a dynamic climber and fun to watch. Love watching people push themselves and project.
PS. A project is a “difficult for you” climb that you’re slowly piecing together until one magical day when your body finally understands the assignment. 😉

It’s here! We’re so excited. We are opening! Check out the extra fun things on the Treetop walk this Saturday and get your tickets to climb, roller glide and explore the caves with headlights!
Starting THIS SATURDAY, you can walk through the treetops along the Missouri River!
The Ty and Linda Heithoff Borman Treetop Walk officially opens September 19 at 10 a.m. at River’s Edge. The half-mile elevated walk through the woodlands is FREE and connects the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge to the new MidAmerican Energy Adventure Tower. We want to see a dynamic movement in the direction that your body is moving. In this video we’re going up. Straighten arms out, shoulders strong inside shoulder girdles, and SWOOSH, the hips move.
