MCC Health Professions

Join us this Saturday, October 10th, 2026 for the Binational Health Fair at MCC's South Omaha Campus (2909 Edward Babe Gomez Ave). From 9am-12pm you can receive free healthcare services. MCC, the Mexican Consulate, and OneWorld Community Health Centers partner to provide flu shots, dental screenings, vision exams (with free glasses!), dermatology, hearing screenings, cancer screenings, blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, A1c, and much more! You can also meet with a physician to help decipher your results.

Acompáñenos este sábado 10 de octubre de 2026 en la Feria de Salud Binacional, en el campus South Omaha de MCC (2909 Edward Babe Gomez Ave). De 9:00 a. m. a 12:00 p. m., podrá recibir servicios de salud gratuitos. MCC, el Consulado de México y OneWorld Community Health Centers se han unido para ofrecer vacunas contra la gripe, revisiones dentales, exámenes de la vista (¡con lentes gratuitos!), servicios de dermatología, pruebas auditivas, detección de cáncer, así como controles de presión arterial, colesterol, glucosa, A1c ¡y mucho más! También podrá consultar a un médico para que le ayude a interpretar sus resultados.

MCC connections run deep, and this week, alumni from the MCC Practical Nursing Class of 1976 returned to the South Omaha Campus to reconnect, reminisce and see how the college's nursing education programs have evolved. They also received authentic nursing caps and a custom-framed class photo. 🥹 💙

How To Photo Series: Binding A Broken Pelvis
Our EMT students learned different techniques for immobilizing patients with pelvis fractures. Our experienced instructors are able to walk them through the technique and provide real-world application insight.
