In 2023, our firm was hired to review an investment contract and conduct due diligence for a client who was considering investing his entire life savings—earned over more than 40 years—into a company called Next Level Holdings.
After reviewing the documents and performing due diligence, we advised the client not to proceed with the investment.
Today we learned that the owner of that company has pleaded guilty to securities fraud.

Recently, we successfully defended a client who was wrongfully accused of 2 felony counts and 3 misdemeanor counts. All charges were dismissed by the prosecutor at the end of our representation. Our client was free and was able to reunite with family.
